Agape Choir

Empowering people with the word of God

Agape Choir

Agape Choir also known as the ‘Agape Voices’, is one of the units in the Agape Pentecostal Fellowship. It is the church’s music unit or department, comprising of Christian Men, Women and young people with diverse musical talents, who are the choristers of the church choir.

This music unit, Agape Choir, is responsible for leading the church divine services in worship and praise ministrations, hymns rendition and other musical activities which may be incorporated in the church services and other church activities. The choristers leading in worship and praise sections are rotated each Sunday, giving each chorister a chance to grow and develop their God’s given talents as they serve God in this unit, through worship, praises, hymns, etc, and this is coordinated by the choir master and his assistant. Agape Choir also work with other units in the church like the evangelism unit, prayer units etc to add to the worship and praise sections of these units.

Currently, there is no fixed programme by the Agape Choir, but they would like to do their maiden Christmas Carols and 9 lessons this year if the government restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic are lifted on time, giving chance for choristers to attend series of rehearsals.
